What coloured lines? If you mean the ones around the events, I put it in in Paint to draw attention to it

There's a tool in Bug or Bat allowing to do that. I saw the tip in some succession game. Forgot to take note though

So I'm celebrating Christmas by playing the new release of Realism Invictus (3.2 )

And seriously, what is the point of this?!?! I sure hope there's some good land on the other side of that mountain range.... but gee it's time like these I wish I could build cities on those islands.... hmm I bet I could change the xml to let me...... I'm looking

UPDATE yes it appears you can I am now going to try it.... if this works
UPDATE 2 nope I looked in the terrain infos, as opposed to the feature infos... features can refuse cities if the base terrain allows them but it can't allow if the base terrain refuses
