What kind of war, Archer? 
I doubt a great despression in Europe, at the moment, would cause a war because of the economic union... and the resources are all local.
I don't think China would be greatly affected. It's kind of used to being self-sufficient.
We already saw a terrible economic collapse in the far east (i.e. Japan), and there was no aggression.
The only aggression in the US comes from weak Presidents (unable to control their military advisors) ... voters don't seem to like waging war.
Brazil is always in a depression. They are used to it. No offense intended.
