There's a new DLC (unknown) and a depot to go with it. The depot is named Runner.

I knew it!!! Firaxis doesn't want me to graduate!!!

The expansion/DLC will add a conspiracy system to the game, because that's what Firaxis been doing!!

I read runner as meaning the lead, the head.

Like one who runs a business? Or like one who runs with and controls the ball in many sports?

So runner perhaps because this is the first DLC of its type.

1000 x 800 map size? Am I missing something here?

"To Little " means they could not possibly have enough on the planning board to get me back as a full price customer.
1000x800 map size for a 4X game should be considered tiny, especially considering the multi-threading capabilities of today's first line personnel computers. Since "Civ VI" should have been titled Civ Revolutions II, I can not justify wasting any more good money on it unless it meets the minimum requirements I stated in my previous post.

All that instantly came to mind for me was rebels because of the lines in the Rush song New World Man "He's a rebel and a runner/ He's a signal turning green".

You people are so full of yourselves if you actually believe Firaxis/2K gives a stuff what you say in this thread.

Well, the falconchase build shows that Firaxis does read those threads.

We know, for a fact, that Firaxis not only reads the threads on here but goes out of their way to taunt us. So yes, I'm going to take personal credit for the Steam depot being created mere hours after I posted that the game dead and we should just let the Civ6 forum die in peace.

You'll notice that there isn't anything IN the Steam depot. So it serves no purpose yet. BUT THEY CREATED A DLC DEPOT. Which is a "listen, marketing didn't greenlight any announcements, but there us ONE SPECIFIC FORUM where this will be immediately caught within 10 minutes and it will raise the morale and make them happy."

Are we sure "runner" actually has a link to what the theme of a possible dlc/expansion would be.
It might be a new ancient/classical unit or event. Or just a placeholder name since firaxis knows we are paying close attention.
Having to do less then 1% with the new package. It is not like firaxis throws us a real bone to chew on.
