I'm quite sorry, I fell asleep before the update time. As such, this night will either end at the standard time if people can get orders in, or will last the full 24 hours.

End Day 2​

At the end of the first day, the smurfs decided that the best course of punishment was to lynch a smurf. Accusations were far and wide, and ultimately 3 smurfs decided to kind of sort of threaten BSmith, who led the tally with 2 lynch votes.

The appropriate damage was dealt to BSmith.

"well smurf" people also thought, so they gave BSmith a berry too. It was clear they were not organised.

This voting for specific berries is bizarre. I received more votes for a berry than anyone who actually received one. Wouldn't it be more logical (and simple) to add all the votes up, then give one each to the top four?

Curious, I thought that's what we did... to be honest I haven't paid attention to the berries tallies.

I'm guessing it's to stop people who vote all the berries to themselves getting one, but that should only be counted as one vote anyway.

Not that I care very much, just seems odd. "Hey, you got most votes in the election, but your votes were in different coloured pen. This guy got less votes, but they were all in blue, so he's President."

no; there are reasons to distinguish berries; it may not be applicable every day but I have to be consistent

mmmm actually you are right, but yeah there should be a way to distinguish a vote for self from being 5 votes for self or something.

I think I'll either keep it the way it is, or change it to simple it's okay if a self vote is 5 votes as long as people are aware of that.

Because, not to give commentary, people can see the intention behind multiple berries of +5 HP rather than, say, give a single health item for +25 HP. People can intelligently split it up, contrary to what might or might not be observed.

edit- i.e. there is no resriction ever on who you want to vote a berry to.
