It is. However, the lack of several orders as well as a lack of time on my part means that I will not be able to begin updating on this until at least March 1st.

My apologies to all the interested players, when I'm able to update again we can see if there is still interest in playing.

That said, feel free to send in order revisions or new orders, or possibly open up new diplomatic channels and such in the mean time.

It's not. I've been contemplating reviving this for a while, but I may just start a whole new NES. I have an idea for one, and it's set in an era that I much prefer over the Cold War.

So, this is currently on hiatus.
