GCF1 - Vikings

:D Wohoo! We've finally started! Håkon, could you post a screenshot of the starting spot?

Actually, GingerAle started it, and he didn't post here, because he can't register at CFC, so we have started. But Hakon, please do post a screenshot, period.

Actually, GingerAle started it

Yes, I saw that. A screenshot from GingerAle would of course be welcome too. :)

GingerAle, did you have a specific reason to pick Writing as the next tech? Nothing wrong with that, just wondering if we have a strategy for our research.

After Literature, let's go for map making. The Great Lighhouse (GL2) will help us SO much on an archpeligo. Can someone post a screenshot, because I can't use C3C :(?

as gogf and I know ESPECIALLY (after the fool hardy mistakes in his first sg  ) we know these 2 are of the upmost importance as wonders, but we should also consider taking the Great Wall to protect ourselves since I think if would be good of us to try a feuadlism with this civ too. What say you, go for monarchy/republic or skip them and get feudalism?

Maybe we should get a boat out. Switch the warrior to a boat.

we need to start settler perhaps first and build a simple curragh second... gettin a settler to that cattle fast might help our expansion... man this is SO looking like your first sg gogf :cringe:

 It seems like we always get stuck with these horrible start locations. Change the warrior to a settler, and then after the settlers, build a Curragh. Also, bring that warrior right outside our territory back to protect the settler.

Oops. I'll play quickly...

Summary: Settler built. Bergen founded. Another civ found.
