I went to all three and more but obviously not for gambling purposes
To clarify for a certain New Mexico-er; by state parks I meant Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon and etc

Haven't been that active lately so dunno if I can call this a vacation, but anyway I'll be entering military service 7th of jan and thus my NESing will take a hit for the next 6 months. Birdjaguar, You'd better keep that NES of yours afloat till I return, I have some grand plans for it!

10 hours!! You must have been doing 90. Wave next time you pass through Albuquerque. Nasty weather today on I 25 going north. Glad you made it OK.
Well, I would say a 10-12 hour drive. On the way down it was 10 and half hours and we cruised at close to 80 MPH most of the time. We left at 7:00 A.M. and arrived at Las Cruces at 5:30 P.M. On the way back it was probably longer due to the wind which was crazy. Especially, south of Colorado Springs we say four over turned semi-trucks. It is freaky driving behind one of those trucks when it is diagonal on the road

I WILL be gone Thursday, possibly wednesday. then i get back for a bit,and am gone possibly tuesday, for sure wednesday, up to at latest monday. some access in those times possible, not likely every day.
