OK, I went ahead and started a new game. You can go to it here:

There are no rule changes, its a straight up game of civ.
Monarch, Large Map, Pangaea, Restless Barbs.
I will continue to work towards a modified scenario SG in the future, but with current editor capability, it is kind of silly.
Some day, we can have a MP game instead. Maybe this spring...
