What time do you get up when you don't have to get up for work/school/etc

How come when I get up early and be productive I feel like a champion, but when I stay up late and be productive I feel like a sleaze ball?

Also, what time do ya'll get up, both on days where you have to get up for work/school, and on days where you do not have to get up at a particular time for a particular reason.

I'm gonna start getting up at 5am, because I like feeling like a champion and I dislike feeling like a sleaze ball.

I'm gonna make the poll just for when you get up when you don't have work, cuz I don't want to have to make a multichoice.

Mon-Friday, wake up time is 4:15 Am, be to work @ 5:45 am, end of work time is approx. 5:00pm.

Saturdays: Depends on my alcohol intake.

What I have noticed is, it sucks getting up after only a few hours of sleep, but I stay awake longer with less sleep than if I were to get 10 hours of sleep.

My Optimized sleeping period? Approx. 6 hours between 9pm and 2am.
 
I'm currently on a taipei sleep cycle, is not fun :(

I generally wake up at around 8-9 AM when I don't have anything to do.

For school, I have to wake up at 6:20 AM.
 
For school, 6:10 AM.
Weekends during the school year, ~7:30 AM

Summer vacation, 10:30 AM
 
I usually get up around 8 or 9, but I'd rather wake at 5:30.
 
About 9:15 to 9:30.

I have this thing where I wake up at 6:15 then 7:15 then 8:15 and finally waking up for good at 9:15.

What is that?
 
I always wake up 6-7 ALL THE TIME
 
Five A.M. for cross country training. When I skip church on Sunday(very rare) two o'clock-ish

Edit: And now that I've improved enough to train as varsity, I get up even earlier (4:30-4:45 ish)
 
Voted 9-10 am, but it varies a lot.
 
Normally between 6 and 7 for school or work, sometimes earlier for school. If I don't have anything to do I could easily sleep in till noon. During the last Christmas break, my sleep cycle was slipping later and later everyday, to the point where one day I was woke up at 5PM, after having spent all night watching TV and messing around on the computer, and gone to bed as the sun was coming up.

That actually felt quite good, because I was having supper for breakfast. Get a big meal to start, which perks you up, and then eat less before you sleep, meaning your actually digesting your big meal of the day. Might just have countered the wieght gain incurred by sitting around all day.
 
I've never been a morning person. I'm kind of built for a 36-hour time frame (24 hours up/12 hours sleep), so it's a cold, cruel world for me.
 
I thought it was better to center your life around lunch, and not for reasons espoused by Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. At least, eating big lunches is supposed to be better than eating big dinners.
 
If I have nothing I have to get up for, then usually 10-11am
