Merged a pull request by h0spitall3rz into the Varietas Delectat module:
- Iranian, Mughal and Islamic Egyptian unit art
- update to city and plot art system
- adapted VD to changed art tags in 1.16
- adapted VD to Turkic civ
- adapted VD to new unique units

With this, it should be possible to use the current master branch of VD together with the current develop. Thanks again to h0spitallerz for all the work, it's great to see VD get even better and this also saves me a lot of work when we get closer to release.
