- corrected wonder hurry cost modifiers

- added soundtrack for Native American civilizations in the classical and medieval eras (four tracks in the base mod, eleven tracks with the soundtrack module)
- temporarily removed the air circling option again until I can add it correctly

The removal of the option will probably reset your preferences again, but also make sure the mod settings are compatible with other mods again, and should remove potential performance issues arising from this change.
