"Perhaps tis finally time for France to finalise its dispute with Britain", a senior member of the Austrian royal family was quoted, as Austrian officials have announced to opt for stepping into the diplomatic arena to aim at facilitating a deal between the parties at conflict, being prepared to offer concessions establishing zones of "low military pressence" in areas of friction...

France and Russian officials announced today a peace treaty in Ottoman Turkey. Russia and France have decided to defeat the Ottoman Turks together. This peace treaty is limited to this area only.

In a massive assault against Madrid, the city falls to French forces.
A new provincial government loyal to France is installed in the city.

France is ready to finalise its dispute with Britian. But harsh demands will be put on the table. As compensation for the loss of French lives and millitary hardware, France will consider a peace treaty if Lisbon is put under the administration of the new Provincial Government in Madrid. Madrid is protected by French forces, and the same arrangement would have to be used in Lisbon.

Austria is reportedly seeking an exchange of the strategically important island off the coast of Spain with French conquered Palermo, a site that would be of interest for Austrian sea trade...

After carefull considerations, France will have to decline Austias offer. Napoleon promise the protection of any Austrian naval vessel in French territorial waters as a compensation.

Napoleon invites every major Power in Europe except Britain to a meeting in Paris for discussions about the future develeopment of Europe. Napoleon hopes to make this meeting an annual meeting, so that future crisis can be avoided.

For a treaty be placed we demand, the immediate liberation of all captured Spanish cities back to the government. We will agree for the French to continue ruling their Italian captures as well central European ones.

Napoleon is stunned at the British arroganse and the Prussian Chancellor's views om Britians response to French demands.
France is willing to continue talks, but the lack of ANY British concessions so far is an insult to the French people.

This war was begun to limit this ridiculous French expansionism into sovereign European kingdoms. Until at the very leas the glorious nation of Spain is liberated we must continue the struggle for the opressed people of Europe.

Russian foreing minister announces the following "Non-agression pact" between France and Russia in the middle-east:

1) Agressions between Russia and France will cease inmediatly. Military actions are forbidden in this theater.
2) This treaty also includes the Mediterranean Sea area.
3) The border line between Russia and France will be established in the 80,92 location on the map. The frontier will continue as a straight line to the east until it reachs the Euphrates (or Tigris ) river.
4) European territory isn´t included in the cease fire pact

That map looks suspiciously like one i made a while ago for the PBEM going on at Poly, mind you i like the editing with the capitals Oh and GO PRUSSIA!!!

Austria strongly suggests a cease fire in Spain- France has taken the Spanish capital, and the important mediterranean cities, while Britain has so far observed the neutral status of Spain. It has been reported that several high ranked officers of the Austrian Army have voiced their concern about the present situation, in the light of a too powerfull French pressence on the Iberian peninsula.

"Should British cities be attacked Austria will have to draw the consecuences", was stated by Professor Ignatz Knoedelman, political expert on Iberian History and Warfare at the Royal University of Vienna. (full interview on pg. 6)
