Britain is outraged at France's failure to admit sinking a British ship of the line off Gibraltar, and also at their statement that British forces were not attacked.

We declare our cease-fire null and void because of France's violation of the agreement. A state of war now exists and British forces already prepare for battle.

The Kaiser has today ordered a formal report of the status and battleworthiness of the Austrian army. With 71 armed, standing regiments (of which 10 are comprising offensive artillery batteries) Austria is undoubtedly the strongest power in Europe. Furthermore has Austria not engaged in any major military offensive since the end of the Austro-Russian war and utilized this time to rebuild the Austrian economic and military infrastructure. It can be concluded that Austria posesses the most balanced and strongest formations in Europe, able to defend its borders more than sufficiently.

*Rome has been temporarily annexed from French control following blasphemerous comments by wannabe Emperor Napoleon of the French. The Pope will re-crown Francis II Kaiser of the German Empire next month in the holy city. This way the dirt of past years of republicanism will be washed off the holyness of both Church and Crown. The only genuine Emperor is to be the Kaiser himself...

*It is expected that the city will be returned to French control after ceasure of hostilities in Europe. The intervention against France halts at this point.

The French army had used most of the last month to quell numerous rebellions in many Frech cities. Napoleon is said to have ordered the shooting of any civilians protesting againts his new order.

France has still offered NO explination regarding the ship. It is now the official mind of the British government and Navy, that de Vielleneuve ordered his ship to attack the damaged British ship and sunk it, then sailed west out of the straits of Gibraltar.

The French government then LIED about the events saying British forces were not attacked, and then refused to offer any explination for several months. The British see the matter as resolved. France has sunk the ship.

It is now clear to the British Empire that the French can not be trusted, they have lied and attempted to cover their tracks after sinking a British Ship of the Line. Britain again finds itself in open war with France. Nothing much occured this month except for troop movements and renewed vigor in production for war.

Coronation Ceremony in Rome !

*Today Francis "Patricius" II has renewed the coronation ceremony which legitimises the Habsburg claim on the rule over the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation (don't laugh) !

*After the pompous coronation, Austrian troops began their retreat towards Florencia which should be completed early next month.

*The siege of the city of Milano has been discontinued with most Austrian troops returning to quarters.

*Austrian Troops have established a base camp in Middle Germany to protect the Austrian northern borders, after the Austrian Ministry of Defense became aware of the most recent advances of the Prussian army on Strassburg.
