Regardless of consent, the woman is the one doing the sexual act.

Being from Georgia, we used to have laws prohibiting cunnilingus and fellatio up until sometime in the 90s when they were taken off the books.
Alot of these sex laws were written in different times...
Personally, I do not agree with the GA law. Age of consent is a must in any law.
