Being from Georgia, we used to have laws prohibiting cunnilingus and fellatio up until sometime in the 90s when they were taken off the books.

Alot of these sex laws were written in different times...

Personally, I do not agree with the GA law. Age of consent is a must in any law.

Satutory rape is not the same as rape there can be consent and it can still be considered rape.

And I too wish as a teenager someone would have offered me that deal, but I'd hardly say I was raped, incidently A friend of mine was "raped" by a lady, when 17 when he was dead drunk, lady also 17, (age of consent UK 16) So it's not a grey area. It was rape. But then he never complained that strongly and it was forgotten, to be honest I think he was a little miffed he had no choice in the deal, but it does raise the point that there's sometimes a difference of opinion on whether a man can be raped in the same way a woman can. Food for thought.

Thats part of the injustice. The judge and the legistlature came to the same conclusion but when the law was changed it was not enacted retroactively:
