Ok, i return, time for diplo and stuff . . .
To the Philippines,
From Mindanao,
NO! We will NOT allow you to dictate to us what the size of our Military shall be, once we are free from your grasp. We consider your offer an insult, and a slap in the face. We will wait the 2 years until we are free (OOC might be 3, im not 100% sure), and, at that time, we WILL be free. We WILL be allowed to have a military of any size we want, all the WMDs we want, and do you know why? Because we will be FREE! Already, we are getting the impression that you will seek to curb our Freedom, and this worries us. Once we are FREE of your grasp, we will do as we please!
OOC - They are slightly annoyed at you, #1.
To Japan,
From Korea,
Yes, Inspectors may be allowed into our Worker's Paradise to revel in the glory of our Defense Capabilities, but only from countries that we choose. We will allow Inspectors from Quebec, Colombia, Albania, and Mexico, and that is all. They will verify what we have said.
OOC - Consider all but Quebec to be biased, for the record.
OOC - Oeri, in your orders, just say which NPC you want to start a Trade Route with. Chances are, they will accept.
OOC - Toteone NO! It was already taken into account.
Ok, I have noticed some diplo about an International Criminal Court, or International Court of Justice that people have been discussing. If people want such a thing, then I am more then happy to do it for you guys. For the current crisis between Russia and the UIS, i would suggest that it be in a neutral nation, like Jerusalem, which is, technically speaking, an International City, in taht it is not owned by anyone. Somewhere in a neutral NPC like Benelux, Nunavut, or Vietnam might be good as well. But, for Stormy and Sheep, if you guys agree, i can act as an Independent Neutral Court, to settle your little spat. For all other cases, I can set up an ICJ in Jerusalem on a more pernament basis, and we could assume that everybody would automatically accept its authority, which would be similar to the RL ICC in The Hague, unless you say otherwise. I would like some feedback on this suggestion.
