This also isn't really theoretical, BananaLee, though I'd say whatever method Stormbringer sold Goober on is, since all the cyclotrons on Earth working together would take a million years to make a gram of antimatter. But whatever.

Which then pulls the whole thing back to theoretical thingies. Current known methods are trying to cyclotron the hell out of everything. The rest is purely speculation or theory.

On antimatter: We have moon bases, we have genetic engineering, we have had synthetic armor for decades now, why not antimatter? It is theoretically possible, even more so than genetic engineering, and so since this NES is ahead in technology I see no reason not to use it. Thank you for clarifying the fact that the technology produces no radiation, for some reason I was under the impression that each collision produced two gamma rays.

UIS WAR

Due to the UIS' declaration of intending to continue active military actions against the Russian Federation the Russian Military will continue active attacks against all nations members of the UIS. We urge all nations who are still members of the UIS to withdraw from this doomed organization in order to assure their own security. The Russian Federation will only fight nations that will wage war against it, and so any nation that withdraws from the UIS and wishes for peace with Russia will have it. We are not fighting a war against Islam, but simply a war against a dangerous government that uses nuclear weapons against civilian targets.


TO PHILIPPINES AND ISRAEL

Aproximatley 40% of Russian ICBM missiles were downed by your interceptor missiles. That accounts for 2,040 ICBM missiles in damage to the Russian Military, and in addition to that you were protecting UIS military objects which resulted in a much stronger UIS responce to the Russian attack causing more casualties than anticipated on the Russian side. The total damage estimated by Russian experts is between 8 and 10 eco, and we are requesting that your governments re imburse the Russian Army for the damage caused and further do not interfere in military affairs of the Russian Federation.

The entire point of the ICBM Shield that we have with the Philippines is to protect our nations, and our allies against ICBMs. Now, neither Israeli nor the philippines is allied with the UIS, or the renmants thereof. Our Missile Shield is to take down as many Missiles as possible that might be targeted at either of our nations. We had reason to believe, at the time, that your Missiles might be targetting Israel at the same time as you struck the UIS. We did not take down 40% of your Missiles because we wanted to stop your plans, we simply had no idea of the location of those missiles, and we were worried that you were attacking Israel. You seem to forget that your missiles landed very, very, very close to Israel. We were defending ourselves from what seemed like an attack.

Furthermore, you gave us no prior notice of this attack. Had we known you were about to blitz the UIS with ICBMs, then we would have turned off our Shield, but no warning. Let this be a lesson to Russia, not Israel and the philippines.

Today the United Islamic States has disbanded. All remaining UIS military forces have been ordered to stand down. We ask all nations to respect the terrirotiral integrity of all Muslim nations. We also ask for assitance from non-Russian aligned nations to clean up the radiation that the Russian attacks has caused. 70,000 Russians may have died but does that justify the millions of casualties the Russians in turn imposed, most of them women and children, old and young? The world must stand back and think before it applauds the use, once again by Russia, of weapons of mass destruction. One day there will be a reckoning for attrocities on this scale and while we may not hand them, someone will.

Personal attacks are not needed, and my intel was on the same level of the KGB, unfortuantley we were too late with this intel this tum and it has cased the death of the UIS. Needless to say even the best intel cannot defend you completely from surprise and thats a lesson I have had to learn.

The countries of Israel and the Philippines have destroyed over 2,000 Russian ICBMs and have caused increased casualties in the Russian army while defending the UIS, a nation which attacked Russia with nuclear weapons, from attack. If Israel cannot realize that when a state of war exists between Russia and the UIS Russian missiles will most likely attack the UIS then it is Israel's problem and Isreal will pay. Billions of rubles and many lives have been lost because of the actions of Israel and the Philippines and as a whole it looks like Israel and the Philippines have chosen to support and protect as much as possible the UIS in this conflict. If that is the choice those two countries have made Russian will act accordingly. Until further notice the country of Israel will be placed under a naval blockade by the Russian troops because of Isreal's military assistance to the UIS.

The Russian attacks have caused very few civilian casualties and the gamma radiation disipated with incredible speed and so affects only those in the area present during the attack, namely the military personal at the military bases. The Russian Federation accepts with great relief the disbandment of the UIS and will terminate military actions against all Muslim nations that pledge to refrain from attacks upon Russia.
