Ok, the update is pretty much totally done. I have done all the orders, all the PC stats should be Updated, if not, then please, let me know. If I missed anything, any more VXing, or Nuking that I missed or whatever, please let me know, otherwise, lets return to our usual diplo, etc.

The NPC stats are NOT yet quite done, they will be done tomorrow. I also have some other small stuff, Weapons Descriptions, etc. to get done. Everything will get done tomorrow.

The next Update: Next Sunday/Monday.

Argentina to CER :

We are very glad you have reconsidered. As we said before, we will share any date we have or collect on the attacks, and if the terrorists have any presence in Argentina (which to the best of our knowledge, they do not), we will root them out. We, for one, hope such an uncomfortable and potentially very unfortunate situation does not occur again, and we hope you share our concerns.

The Argentinean ambassador, having delivered his message, loses his calm demeanor and shakily sits down, cathartically staring into space. It had been a very worrying day, and he hasn't nearly enough changes of pants for this kind of job.
 
OOC - icarus, lol, your Ambassador miught be in the wrong job. You must have good bladder control to be Ambassador to the CER.
 
Yes, I bet the CER wears out ambassadors faster than any other country. Nothing like a good ol' threat to obliterate all life in one's country in a matter of hours to get the adrenalin flowing. And presumably diplomatic immunity ends when your country utterly ceases to exist. And thanks for staggering the update like that ;) You just weeded out all the people with weak hearts from Argentina's gene pool :D
 
LOL, no problem. God, what an Update though. VX, Tsunamis, more VX, war, more war, nukes, what else could you want?

Ahh, I will remember these good times when this NES is gone and done with.

Brazil to CER:
First of all let us express our condolences for the tsunami attacks on your nation and parts of CC. Brazil will most surely set up a relief fund to aid India and other Inidain Ocan nations in this manner. We feel that CER is more capable of fixing the damage itself and quite frankly we feel that our relief workers will not be welcome.

We already recommended that most our our citizens leave your country and hope that no further violations of private homes and lives will take place.

Brazil will of course aid your KGB in this investigation and will urge all SADETO members to do the same. But again however as Argentina we will not allow any of further agents on our soil. We gurantee full cooperation on the part of our security services and will provide all relevant documents. Brazil however will try to do everything possible to avoid any claims on our sovereignity.

So does anyone want to share ICBM tech. with me so we can build a spacebase or summat? I'm willing to pay for an accelerated colonization of Luna with you guys because well... I don't want this NES to end with a total PC kill! We should have some Alpha Centauri backup or at least a yarn for comfort what with all the corpses. Kewl explosions btw.)
 
Official Malaysian Statement regarding Recent Events

We are utterly disgusted with the actions taken by the ACL, the UIA, the AF and the whole alphabet soup of people who have caused such actions to be taken. The usage of WMDs for such base actions are horrifying and intolerable. One would think that 17/62 should have thought everyone something, but we were probably wrong.

As such, we will cooperate with the KGB by providing data of our own independent investigation of the terrorist activities of the ACL as well as other organisations.

OOC: Fool, I only agreed to the no Biological Weapons policy. I never said anything about my allies.
 
India declares a state of emergency. All our borders are now sealed no one will be allowed in are out. All foreginers are being detained including those from the embassy and all of them will be interrogated. Diplomatic immunity has been removed.
The military has been placed on higest alert.

OOC: silver, ships registered in a place don't neccesarily have to have come from those ports or even have crews from those countries. Half the frieght ships in Asia are Panaman or Bermudan flag. My cousin (who is Malaysian) is a third mate on board a Panama-registered ship with a Brit captain.
