Women can also produce milk without having been pregnant ever (so can men, by the way). He has a milking farm of young women. ;)

Yes, but that's very rare if it's naturally occurring.

I drink cow milk. Primarily 0%, secondarily 2%. Occasionally 1% or whole milk, too, and while in Europe primarily 1.5% but occasionally 0.5%. I don't put it in cereal as I prefer dry cereal, but often drink it alongside cereal.

I drink it most days, often but not always more than once per day. I'd drink it more except I tend to run out and not get to the store to buy more for a few days. Yesterday I had it with lunch, today I had it with dinner after buying some more on the way home from work. I'll have it with any meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or with a snack, but rarely have it on its own just because I'm thirsty. Then I tend to prefer water, juice, or tea (in order). I also drink it with fish, which some people find odd for reasons I don't understand.

Best drink before bed:

Warm some milk on the stove, put two tablespoons of peanut butter in a glass and microwave it till its gooey. Pour the milk into the glass, slowly, stirring.

Yes, I do in fact have milk. I'm drinking it right now while eating peanut butter cups.

I don't drink milk very often.

When I was really young (around kindergarten age) my doctor said that i was underweight and should switch from the skim milk my family always bought to 2%. I never liked milk that fatty, and instead suggested we compromise with 1% milk. I later discovered that 1% really is the healthiest kind of cow milk.

Cow milk contains far more fat than human milk. 1% milk is closest to the natural balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates in human milk, if you ignore the fact that human milk contains enough lactose to cause digestion problems even in most adults without lactose intolerance.

I think that since high school I've become somewhat lactose intolerant, although it only tends to be a problem if I consume milk on an empty stomach. Milk at breakfast is very bad idea, but later in the day it is not usually a problem. Over the spring and early summer I often ate cereal with almond milk, but I got a bit tired of it after a while. Now it is more common for me to have oatmeal, and I have no problem using 1% milk for that since the heat breaks down most of the lactose.

Apparently consuming the herb Fenugreek can increase milk production by 900%, which is enough to let many women breastfeed without ever being pregnant. It does however have the side effect of making the milk smell rather like maple syrup.
