Graphical problems after the last patch.

There seems to be a graphical issue it takes too long to load textures and I see gray fields when scrolling/jumping around map. I have never had this issue prior the patch. This together with the constant redownloading of mods made me stop playing. Thanks Firaxis for screwing my game...
 
Hmm, nobody has the same issue? Maximal zoom is totaly useless as it constatly loads textures. Why it can not just load them to the memory? I have a GT560Ti 1GB RAM.

Well, I have not. It does the same under DX9. The game has run perfectly for over a year, only now, when a patch messes with the renderer, it is unplayable.
 
Same problem as others in this thread...it is constantly geying out and coming back as you scroll...my dxdiag is attached

Same problem here as the others: Grey tiles briefly display when scrolling or jumping around the map. This never happened to me before. This effect happens only the first time you visit an area. After that, the map renders instantly. This happens with games started both pre- and post-patch. I usually play with all video settings on high. Changed all settings to low and still saw the same effect. Updated video drivers and verified integrity of game cache; no help.

This change definitely started after applying the patch. Although the effect is noticeable, it doesn't bother me that much because the delay in rendering the map is short. DXDIAG (first portion only) is attached:

Good to know I am not the only one. And it seems it affects both nVidia and ATi users. The question now is, how, when and if Firaxis will fix this.

Happened late yesterday. Effects SP game.

Unfortunately, that's the game settings, not your dxdiag. Go to your START menu in Windows, and type "DXDIAG" in the search line. When the tool pops up, click "Save all information". That's the file we need. Thanks!

After the patch, any image that moves is streched to the center of the screen. Here is my Dxdiag

DXDIAG please. It sometimes allows us to pinpoint problems quickly.
