Great Work window needs scroll while dragging.

I can't move the sculpture out of this museum because the other art museums are off the page. I think the click instead of drag option works, but that option overall is pretty annoying and requires a restart.

Indeed I found it simpler to just trash the sculpture by giving away to people. There's gotta be a better way to move this I'm not aware of.

At least you can move your Artifacts. The last couple of games I have not been able too.

Agreed. It's a frustrating thing that doesn't add to the game in any way. And the shortage of Great Work slots in Civ VI in general (esp. as compared to Civ V) is also a nuisance I would suggest Firaxis fix.
