Abbasids were mentioned in Hetshepsut's FL. I don't think they indicate which order civs will be revealed.

The part where you mentioned Spain being shown soon. I'm responding to that specifically. Just because Spain was name-dropped doesn't mean it will be revealed soon. Nor Abbasids, which were mentioned in Hetshepsut's First Look. I expect we will have all of Antiquity first.

First looks aren't doing much for me, I just want to play the game early.

Firaxis, I would be forever loyal to you if you just send me the game early and just update it as more work is done on it.

Seriously though first looks are just a tease. It's such a long wait until Feb.

I'm disappointed we didn't get an official civ summary on the webpage this week. I expected these to come roughly with the leader first looks (despite not necessarily being connected by content). Sad Siptah.
