Don't think so. There is also a "California" written down there and I've never seen churches of the kind that can be seen in the picture.

So... looks like a relatively small city in a mountainous region. The prevalence of SUVs and pickup trucks as well as the "California" suggests it might be in the U.S. (maybe or maybe not in California). Something makes me want to guess Provo, Utah, though I'm pretty sure I'm wrong.
