Doubtful, eg France and Pakistan or Nigeria.
Besides, if so it would have most of Africa coloured, no?

And there don't seem to be that many immigrants to Norway, let alone Finland.

I can't say some optional vaccine either, because US.

Life expectancy?
Or life expectancy at birth?

Is this Child mortality rate?

No to all.

Again, health indirectly impacts the rankings, but the map itself is not about health.

The rankings also aren't strictly numerical. The end result is a number, but it's not hard, objective data from one source. (Bias plays a significant factor in determining these rankings.)

More accurately, it takes data about many things and then the smart people made a weighted measurement of those categories to determine something.

Syns being generous here. So it's a variable that determined by many aspect, and one of it is health, while the target population for the measurement are babies/infant.

I just put it here, so if people have any clue they can try to figure it out.

Living standard expectation hypothesis west#1?

This is... close. You're definitely in the right ballpark. If nobody else gets it in the next few guesses, I'll probably give you the win and the real answer.

Correct.
