Well... Centaurs (some of them) were said to be keepers of knowledge, so it is tied ^_^

They are not only having a nice starting agility, but also score high in both intelligence and strength, they are too OP, needed to be nerfed. I agree with the cab driver's sentiment on this.

Segment of population?

Is it related to their race (most probably not, just in case)? or their occupation?

It doesn't take race into account, no. In theory it is tied to occupation (as in actual work), but that doesn't have to be so.

A relatively good hint was the one given about the US high percentage being a bit surprising. I meant that stereotypically you don't think of the USians as such.
It's not IQ, btw. But some kind of accomplishment.
It is the percentage of the population that has this.

Academic related?

Something like population percentage of those who have under-grads diploma or percentage of population that finish their high-school?

Right I'm not ready for giving a quiz, so I'm calling for open floor.

I can give it back to you Kyr or to @r16 but I guess he is not willing..

Good spectrum, lets makes it like that, open the Miklargard's gate!

I’m surprised that Thailand is in the bracket it is in; I would have suspected Malaysia to have more college graduates, and I’m surprised Vietnam has so few.

Hey Amadeus you take it man, Japan is part of Byzantine empire, lets make this easy.

RED - FIRST
ORANGE - LATER
YELLOW - LATER STILL
GREEN - EVEN LATER STILL
BLUE - LAST

This is a map of Africa.

It is something that is not exclusive to Africa, and if I were to show a larger map the red country would not be red and the blue country would not be blue. (The Gambia is green, by the way.)

Related to elections?
I’m afraid not.

Unrelated, but I believe the only country in Africa to have had fully free elections since independence is Botswana. All others have had either military dictators or legally one-party states at one point. South Africa would also be a special case since their elections were “free” but only for whites.
