So is it something to with customs?

Also what do those colours represent? Red is less, yellow is more?
 
South Sudan is the only blue? Is it political stability?
 
Average length of time farmland has been in the same hands.
 
ok..been meaning to get to this....found a cool little site to create maps based on certain factors. This one is simple:

I did not even notice the blue, but it means no data.

I explained the colors earlier.
 
Colors:

Red - Yes
Orange - mix of stuff like "implied" or N/A
Yellow - No
Blue - No data

it's rather simple but it is just a matter of hitting on the general topic....I will hint that one of you was heading in the right direction but I did not give but a simple answer as any more would make it too easy
 
Tbf, Lymond, when pretty much everyone has this (red), what point is served by including two shades of N/A (orange and cyan)?
edit: oh, so yellow is "no". A bit misleading to just call it "finite" when it is a binary :)
