Guess the Map II: witty sequel titles failed me

Places where James Bond movies and/or books have taken place? Probably wrong because I can't see the connection to the navy.

That's it. Bond is Commander Bond RN, of course!

Blue - places where Bond films have been set
Green - places where Bond films have been shot
Red - both of the above

I see what you did there.

Every sentance contains a Bond quote. Except 'still can't guess?' although it replaces 'Ejector seat?'

Sorry guys. You might be a little shaken to hear what it was, but I doubt anyone will be really stirred. Do you expect me to talk about the answer? Good job I haven't limited the number of guesses, or I'd say you'd had your six. Still can't guess? You're joking. Well, you can't win 'em all.

Anybody?

I see what you did there.

If anyone feels like posting a new map please do. I can to prepare a map for the next time the floor is open, but I need time to find something clever.

I'll take the bait.
Spoiler :

What do the squares mean?

It means that the colour category the square has is also significantly prominent in the country, though not to the extent of the main colour.

Grey doesn't mean unknown, it means "specific thing/event/number/unit/your mum" doesn't exist in this country.

French Guiana and the French mainland are the same country, as are Greenland and Denmark.

Ah, but there is a very good reason why they are separated.

Yep.

Think of something that makes more sense for Northern Ireland to be in the same category as Ireland and for Greenland and French Guiana to be in different categories from Denmark and France or in this case, not have "the thing" that Denmark and France has.

Here is something to think about, why do most of the tiny island nations have no "this thing"?

Nope. There are definitely rivers in Papau New Guinea and Costa Rica.

Mountains over 1000 ft?

Also French Guiana is a Départment (Like Hawaii or Alaska are to the USA).
Nope.
Bhutan doesn't have a mountain?

Yep, I know that French Guiana is a department of France, but it doesn't have this thing that France proper does.

It's not a geographic feature.

Since Iberia and Ireland are unique, I'm going with railway gauge.

edit: but Libya has no railways, I thought...?

But... Libya?!

I think this should be pretty quick:
