Oh, standard disclaimer I give, the French areas outside Europe not coloured in are grey due to my oversight. They should be treated the same as European France.

This might give it away... but knowing some things about the Isle of Man that relate to this treaty, I don't think it is an oversight, no. If it's grey in the map, then it's supposed to be grey. All I did was recolour a wikipedia map to be less obviously a wikipedia map (which are all green)
