Poland/Huns/Hungary/Sweden for a good nonWestern Europe civ
Sweden is western, but I'd like it nonetheless. Though it is pretty similar to Denmark.

That's pretty much how I see it, Danes being Conquerors (With the Danelaw and Canute's Empire), Swedes being traders (along the Russian rivers) and Norwegians being explorers (discovering Iceland, Greenland and North America).I always liked the idea of splitting the Norse to a more conqueror and explorer style (Danish) and to a more trader style (Swedish) Vikings
Ancient Mesopotamia is underrepresented considering it's significance, so I have no doubt we will eventually get Sumer
I may have been wrong about Sumer, but The Hittites still would ake a good fit for the quoted reason, plus Sumer would sell better as DLC because of it being more popular than Zululand
Don't get me wrong, I would personally love to see the Hittites over Sumer. For whatever reason, though, I don't feel as if the Hittites have any real popularity on this board

The Hittites are one of my favorite civs.
Firaxis could add Sumer and the Hittities easily... I'm still guessing one of these two Civs are going to make it to the expansion.
Brazil is getting its historical chance for greatness in the present times, while in history it didn't have much impact on the world whatsoever. Although the XIXth century Empire of Brazil would be an interesting faction to play as or encounter, I doubt it will be in this expansion. Most probably it would be a fan-demanded DLC bundle with Portugal, and maybe some other native/colonial country like Kongo.
One may argue that Brazil should be included ASAP, because its in many ways similar to the USA. While they're right, Brazil didn't have a fraction of historical significance of the USA. It seems the nearest future might change it.
.
I agree. I would love to see Brazil on ciV, but I think theres plenty of ancient civs to be included before. Sumer, hitites, minoans...
But, if firaxis is thinking on adding modern civs because of potential sales, them Brazil is one the most probable.
What about Zapotec civilization?
I hope for the Chachapoya in the south (easily can be argued second most important in S. America after the Inca)
