The ending of Metal Gear Solid 4 always makes me cry, I think it's just the perfect ending to a suburb series.

CODMW2 is also really sad i think I might have shed a tear when they kill ghost and burn him with you. Gaz is actually Ghost, he has the same voice, has no rank and might have survived the shot from Zakheav

Survived? The dude got shot through the brain at point blank range, mang.

Besides, it was pretty obvious that he was going to be killed. He was an eminently likable character that serves no purpose other than for the main character to think he's a pretty cool guy. Natural kill-off bait.

Same thing with Ghost.

I had tears in my eyes when I got Civilization IV to work without having a bug which made the entire landscape black, but I've never cried due to a video game.

Terranigma was the closest. That ending was wack.

Other moments in some games, maybe a man tear came close to forming, but that's about it. I'm much wimpier when it comes to movies though.

Never actually cried, but I've been close to shedding a tear during Planescape: Torment. Mostly on the subject of the love Deionarra towards the nameless one. A tragic love story indeed.

I think that part in Half-Life 2 when the chick's father gets mangled by some robots was pretty sad. Didn't cry though.
