I want to make 2 corporations. One one which figures out the happiness deficit and gives x amount of happiness to bring the city to neutral for a price. I would very much like to do the same for a health corp (think pharmaceuticals). I am more interested in the health corp as a way for free markets ...

... to combat those evironazis who get extra health so that they can pollute the world w/ there coal plants. ( I think its funny how environmentalism gives a boost to the factory economy).
any one know how to implement additoinal corps ( i dled marz motors but its bugged.
