I need some help writing a sketch. In our school every year the 12th graders who finish school make a show with many sketches about school. In order to arrange this show the students collect money throughout the year before that, much of it through selling stuff (mostly food) in special occasions in school. Our show is due to be put on in about a year and so we should soon start collecting money. Our first collection should be in the soon to happen "student's day" which is somekind of a celebration without a clear goal butit's a lot of fun. However, a few weeks ago, during the IDF casualties memorial day ceremony many of our grade's students (including me) didn't stand infront of the stage but a bit to the side where there was shade (it was over 35c so I think you could understand why we did it).
Anyway the school decided that us not frying ourselves is very bad and therefore is considering to ban us from selling anything in the student's day and getting an outside company insted. So we were thinking that if the school would do that we would make a sketch about it (and that would laugh about the school ofcource) for our graduation show. I'm trying to write a sketch about it but I really need some ideas.

well, some burning people ( those remaining in the sun) wouldnt be a bad idea, but i think it will be a bit difficult to dramatizise (?)
that.

I thought about it. Perhaps putting the principal's character as a worker in a shawarma stand (shawarma is a popular food who's constantly being cooked) but I can't think of a way show that it's about the issue and I can't think of a fitting sketch to put around this idea.

Perhaps have him in a shawarma cooking contest, with the winner being the one who puts in the most original ingredients. And in desperation, he could be searching for the most random things while trying to make sure the shawarma is at the right temperature at the same time.

You should have students dropping like flies while your principle (someone playing him) ordering them to work in the hot sun.

Student - "Sir, the student body is dropping like flies."
Principle - "I know."
S - "Aren't you going to do anything about it? There is some shade over there, can't we go work there?"
P - "Shade? Shade doesn't buy character."
S - "And dying from heat exhaustion does?"
P - "Oh yes. Back to my day we used to do all our work in the hot sun. Everything from learning the 2 times table to learning the 3 times table."
S - "And did any of your classmates die?"
P - "Only about 25%."
S - "That seems like an awfully high number."
P - "It is? I never really did understand percentages. Anyway how else do you propose we build character if not by heat exhausation?"
S - "Why do we need to build character?"
P - "Because you need character when to survive in the dead-end jobs you will get due to your poor education."
S - "Then why don't we spend our time learning in a suitable environment so we will get a better education and therefore not have to take dead-end jobs."
P - "But we don't have the teachers to do that."
S - "Why not?"
P - "Because they spend all their time building character and not learning."
S - "So basically we're stuck in an eternal loop of poorly educated, full of character students."
P - "Yes, but that doesn't matter."
S - "And why is that?"
P - "Because we have character."

Thanks, these are great ideas. However they won't be necessary - we were allowed to sell things at the student's day, although the school did cut the time in half because they brought a famous singer and didn't want us to sell things while he performs.
