Heretic_Cata's "All in One" mod (Semi-Private Beta)

H_C, I've found a loophole in your mod. Workers cost a minimum of 3 pop., yet they are also the default capturable unit, so that if you capture one, it will turn into 3 workers, and if they get captured, they'll turn into 9 workers. I think that the way to counter this would be to have it so that:

1. The default captured unit is the serf.
2. Make sure that the serf does not upgrade to the worker.
3. Make sure that the serf is cheap. (Optional- see point 5)
4. Make every unit that enslaves into worker enslave into serf, instead.
5. Turn sacrificing back on! (Optional ;))

3 + 5 - nope, can't do that again. I wanted to make my mod have fewer settlers around, and fewer workers. If i lower the cost then you could just make lots of workers to compensate to the higher terraforming costs.
 
The Serf should NOT be buildable. (Make it require a resource that cannot be found on any terrain, for exaple).

But if they won't upgrade then how will they expire... :hmm: ... wait a sec ...
O ,o,O,O i have an idea. What if i give the worker (the unit), 1 defence ? That way it could not be captured.

Would that make it ok ?
 
Here's a tricky one:
What if i want ONLY the serf to be capturable and the worker not-capturable; and put the the "Captured Unit" to serf.
 
I think that combination of settings might work. :)
If it will work or not we will see at the release. If it's not then there's always room for a patch. :D

Ok people, i've finished with aaaalll my exams ... (and passed most of them. :D) AND i've finished (almost) everything i had to do for the mod.
Now all that there is to do is to pop-rush you guys to finish everything else till next sunday. "It's that important. Get out my whip!" :whipped::whipped::whipped::whipped:

I'll try to get your stuff finnished by next sunday.
Actually you will be getting less :whipped: than the rest. :D Because i can start working on the civilopedia of some units too. So wednesday or thursday i will make a list of the units (and after we remove those that you already made) and we'll assign them 50-50.
This is the only thing (of those that remain to be done) at which i can actually do smthing. As for the other stuff ... :sad:

How do ppl count how many improvs/techs/units/wonders/etc there are in the game ?
