Hillary Concedes, err, Proposes

I am confused now. Will she concede tonight or not? And what is keeping her from conceding? I mean, even if it is technically possible that the DNC would hand her the victory, that would surely mean that Obamaniacs (that's a deregatory term IMO, I can't possibly understand how anyone would self-describe as one) would never accept the result and the Dems would screw themselves. Seems like she has nothing to gain.

I am confuse now. Will she concede tonight or not?

My post that begins:

REPORT DENIED (in bold) means: Hillary denies report. Call off the parade!

How outrageous, huh? :)

From 11:00am EST. (the OP) until 11:24 (report denied), it was over.

Now it's BACK ON, FOOL!

The math seems to no longer matter. It was somehow dispelled; rumors are, the CIA is looking at the harry potter author as a possible suspect.

I haven't seen any articles on it yet, but cnn.com has the banner headline:

BREAKING NEWS AP: Officials say Hillary Clinton will acknowledge tonight that Barack Obama has the delegates for the Democratic presidential nomination.

And now:

http://www.cnn.com/

Hillary Clinton not prepared to admit Barack Obama has beaten her in race for Democratic nomination, her campaign chairman told CNN.

so downtown is the new prophet of common sense?

There was an old one?

I am the only Prophet of Common Sense here in the OT.

And I dont think Hillary will concede until Obama actually hits the mark....if then even.

Why?

Even declared delegates can switch sides...as we have seen several switch from Hillary to Obama; couldnt the reverse be true?

Point being, the supers wont actually really count until the convention. If Hillary is warped enough to think they still might switch from Obama to her at the convention, she very well could stay in the distance.

Obama probably hasn't agreed to the "$11mil and a seat at the table" price she demanded for her exit yet...

The Clinton message service stinks.

Today, here's our story

McAuff : She'll Concede (privately)
AP: HILLARY CONCDES
Wolfson: No She Isn't
Drudge: OVER OVER
McAuff: I was misquoted
ICKES: She'll concede. We lost.

Okay, so WTH? Her three most senior advisors can't stay on message? Which message?

Argh

Hillary has offered to accept the VP nod.

Look, I don't mean to play Dan Rather here...

the sources are unconfirmed as of yet but it's likely true anyway, so...

So basically, she hasn't been asked but is offering?

I haven't decided between Obama and McCain yet. If Obama takes Hillary as Veep, well, I can mostly certainly say I'd be voting for McCain.
