IMHO Russia should have Belarus by then, its heading towards it right now. Presumably it might also have parts of Kazakhstan, Georgia and Ukraine. China is likely to have Mongolia.

that easy enough- I felt sorry for you, so i gave you new caledonia- The opeinign fo the NES siad that thier have been a few resource wars, and i figure that your area woudl desperate for any moderatelyl large Island, such as new Caledonia, whiel the french woudl be more pre-occupied solidifying a solid europe, so the war would have been won by your forces.

das, You can create units by specifing what type of unit you want (type, strentgh usage etc), they are researched by techs, so if you want a new type of troop you need to research it inorder to be able to build it.

I was honestlly think of addin gboth iraq, and liberia to the US territory- iraq for obviosu reasons, Liberia because it was founde dby the US, and probabaly wont ever ge ton its feet again unless the US - the only nation would eb universally accepted by the population, because bleive it or not, they love the United States for founding thier nation) comign in, and reorginizing everything- since the NES take splac ein a world where warfare is rampant, and shifitng borders relitivlly common, if no one has any objections, i woudl add Liberia to the US territory (likewise, a few central american nations might, under such circumstances, be occupied because they were causing regional instability, or if they became protectorates of the US)
