If you have any. I would not include reading in my hobbies, cause it is also part of my work, as is writing.

My main hobby definitely is creating computer gfx for games. I have been making such for nearly a decade now...

You can also post a pic of your hobby, if it can be presented in such a way (eg a photo of a wooden statue, or a pic of computer art etc)

Here is one of my recent works:

Designing and building facilities in virtual reality.

For a graphic example, here's a video made by a friend of mine about a theater I built in Second Life earlier this year. I built the architecture of the theater, plus the transport, plus I formed a theater company, and I wrote some of the plays, and built and programmed some of the sets and animations.

Womanising.

I dumpster dive... mainly as a hobby and getting free food. I don't need to at all but you would be amazed at the finds... Right now I am drinking christmas beer and bitter spirit all found in the dumpster.
Besides that I like to cook all kind of stuff, food, sweets, make ice cream, everything I can get into my mouth (or others! ;) ) more or less.
Other things uhmmm... reading I think. I read 2-3 books a week.

Outside of the things I do on this forum, I like to cook. Actually, I like food related stuff in general. I've been getting more into mixology (cocktail making) and bartending lately.

Try dumpster diving then!!!

It forces you to use the ingredients you have at hand! It serves as a great incencitive to cook. I wasn't a big soup fan before but getting fresh vegetables of all different kinds from the dumpster made me forced to use them. it is a very nice experience.
Ofcourse I don't know where you live but here in denmark the supermarkets thorw out the most amazing stuff and forces you to use it!
Cooking to me is one of the biggest pleasures in life!
I don't want to revive my old thread but what we have found at the latest is totally crazy. And it is a nice way to use food otherwise discarded and make them into dishes of various kind.
Smell the food, does it smell right then cook it and eat it.
There is immense pleasure to be had :)

I do creative writing, conworlding and conlanging (if anybody knows what that is), and very occasinoally reading unrelated to schoolwork.

reading, gaming, research (all sort of things, I want to know something about everything), going out, films (both in cinema as at home, both cult as popular), music (both playing and listening)

oh and I always had a liking towards creative writing... but that's not yet a true hobby since I don't have the time to really work on that :)

Drawing maps on the PC and by hand. My newest project is drawing Europe in 1390 on a huge piece of thick paper, I've finished the outline, when I'm done I'll picture it and post it.

Reading, writing (prose and poetry), historical research amateur naval design, fiddling around with games and game design, AD&D, football, cricket, cooking and procrastination are a few things one hobbies around with.

I read a great deal, mostly nonfiction -- the fiction I read tends to be historical or scientific. I'm interested in most everything, but concentrate on history, science, sociology, and philosophy. I also do book reviews and am active in the blogspot/wordpress book-blogging community. It is dominated by women who review primarily fiction, though. I also write on various subjects in philosophy and the humanities. I'm interested in "the good life".

I walk every morning and evening for exercise and to see my neighbors; when I take my weekly trip to the library I go for strolls downtown and combine walking with another hobby of mine, photography. I'm especially fond of historic architecture and interesting perspective shots of plants. I'm interested in taking up biking again, as well as basketball.

I also play PC games, though not as much as I used to. Mostly I play The Sims 2, Civilization III, SimCity 3000, Mafia, and the GTA series. I like to listen to podcasts while biking around the maps in the GTA games.
