It's fascist in nature because it encourages a sheeplike pro-war mentality (by presenting the enemies of the state as an absolute evil, and the heroes as iconic do-gooders), which is something that fascists do.

I'm sure fascists also breath air, have sex, get married, and do all sorts of things. Because they do these things, does that automatically make everyone else who might do them fascists?

He's a vengeful psychopath. A LOVABLE vengeful psychopath, but that doesn't make him a 'good guy' any more than The Punisher is a good guy.

Ok, so he' sa psychopath. So what? Everyone loves Batman, and if you don't, then you're not an American. Seriously, he is a hero, and I don't see why he shouldn't fight bad guys. And yes, the Punisher is a good guy too, albeit a vigilante and rather insane good guy.

That was from a really cheesy old bat man show. In the scene he was trying to throw a bomb somewhere where it wouldnt hurt anyone before it went off. (Notice how thats the cartoon version of a bomb? )
