How do you cheat via World Builder?

My games take a long time to play. I use the WB at the start of the game to make sure the map is fun and worth playing. I might tweak start positions (not just mine), especially if the surrounding land is particularly barren, and I frequently add/extend river networks. In game it's very rare, but usually to correct a mistake on my part (accidentally promoting a stack of MGs with Shock, for example).

I use it when I get really pissed about a horrible stating location, surrounded by desert. I dont fix my start, I just drop down a bunch of modern armors or ICBMs and destroy my neighbors then start over.

Sometimes when I'm losing, I save my game as a worldbuilder scenario and lower the difficulty level, or if I feel the game is going too fast or slow, I change the game speed.
