[RD] How does one go about determining who and what to believe?

I know about the email hacks but I'm not as up to date on the election system hacks. I was aware that it was attempted but not if there was confirmed evidence that results were modified. Does that exist? And if so, could you provide a link because I would find it interesting. And is there any actual connection to Trump on that one or is that just speculation?

The connection to Trump for the election systems hacking is tenuous, admittedly. Basically he has been covering for the Russian hackers this whole time, insisting it could be anyone, including the infamous 400 pound guy in a basement somewhere. But he has been briefed repeatedly with specific information that we know exactly who is responsible, and his own DoJ has indicted several Russians for doing it. But still he covers for them. It's strange, to say the least.
