...to divert the flow of money from a large and inefficient organization (like the US government) into a smaller account?

I heard someone say (I think it was El Machinae) that the US government spends $100 million a day in Iraq. Doesn't it seem likely that not all of that actually ends up as new weaponry, the pay of troops, transportation, etc?

Certainly money gets "wasted". And probably it's good that it does (imagine how scary the government would be if it was actually moderately effective at implementing policies!! ). My question is - how can I be a part of this?

Thanks in advance for ideas. :)

Oh, and for the record, someone hacked into my account and posted this. :mischief:

How about we just abolish the government. :mischief:

Then you better be ready for me to come into your house and take all of your choice stuff!

If we could find a way to just round off the fractals of the pennies and secretly divert it to an account then.......

It's easy. Get a government contract to perform work in Iraq. When they ask you why you haven't done anything to earn your money, you reply:

1. An excessive number of Government requested changes to the contract have driven up your costs; request more money.
2. Rise of the price in petroleum has driven up your costs; request more money.
3. The increasingly poor security situation has driven up your costs or made it impossible to do business; request more money.
4. all of the above.

Repeat as often as necessary. It works for big guys like Haliburton and small guys as well. No reason it shouldn't work for you.

In order to "divert", I think you have to win the elections?

Am I anywhere close?
