I would be satisfield with like 5-10 billion dollars and a royalty payment for maybe 10 million a year from the US government. Would they be agreeable to that price?

even if this thread is meant to be a reasonable discussion of the supply and demand mechanisms , ı have been known to rant wasting 3 and a half trillion on some pointless ship . Give Washington space tech that cheap and they put up a monument for the biggest rip-off in history .
