There are three different pizza stores within a 5 minute drive of my home and a fourth is being built so I rarely have it delivered but when I do - no tip.
If I don't have exact change....and it's not much.. (Under $2) then whatever is left...
Unless it's not my money...then I usually give more.
But you shouldn't give anything....delivering is the delivery guys job. That's what he is paid for. Unless your street is a mine field...and your killer attack dogs are out in full force....I would pass on the extra money.

In the US pizza delivery guys and waiters are paid almost nothing with the expectation that tips will be 70-80% of their income. If nobody tipped you would suddenly find your bill getting much larger to pay for the service. Having eaten out in many countries I would say that Americans bet better service because of the tipping culture (bad service = no tip).
