how to control mony/inflation level?

hey good people,

anyone have an idea how can i control the money level,

the thing is ,
i want, at late era stages of the game, the player wpnt have so much money,
someway to reduce it,
through the speeds settings, theres infation ratio, but im not so sure i know what a high number andlower says and does.

anyone have an idea how can i cut on some money in late game?
