I'm trying to read the eco-rules. As I understand, there's something funny going on wherein I have an odd number of eco points, my size requires me to spend an even number at a time, and I can't bank points.

I intend for Cironelle to expand westwards, spreading Aun to Tribunal (?) as well as Ironal. The major city I have will become something of an industrial center, something to be accomplished by means of proper road systems to it from all other cities, and possible to the border. Meanwhile, the "barely tolerable" military leadership will gradually retire the worse leaders instead of hiring lots of new ones. Happiness should be a priority to make others see how good Aun is.

2 points on increasing Civilians Leadership
1 point on better training the 3000 infantry and 500 mounted troops (as I understand, 1pt normally trains 9000 infantry OR 1500 mounted troops, so I should be able to do this)
Expand westwards
The overall plan is to make Cironelle such a well-functioning nation that we get an inflow of immigrants and an outflow of religious ideas, not through propaganda, but through a shining example. Both of these should serve to prevent war with our neighbors.
