I can't get my CivBE release in UK yet?

So i am in UK and i have been trying to start my steam-purchased CivBE but it wouldn't let me and it says it is unreleased yet.

What can I do??
 
It seems to be a common problem in UK. I am reading complaints in steam forums
It still says 'pre-load' on the button instead of play.....

I drank so much coffee I would not able to sleep anyway. Gosh the wait again!

(If I have a goat I would.....)
 
A lot of people on Twitter are asking the same, which suggests it's impacting on all UK users - is there anyone in the UK who can play?

Yup I'm another one in the UK unable to get it. I ordered it digitally via Amazon for the first time, bang on 00:00 (not 2300 as it was supposed to be to match CET) the Amazon preorder changed to a license key and it downloaded, but on Steam it still comes up as locked and so won't decrypt.
 
Lectures can be skipped.
 
My lab have a bottle of pure caffeine powder. I think tomorrow I am gonna get some into my espresso.
 
I wish I had a laptop when I was at uni now.

Sit in lectures, play Guild Wars.
