I Fancy trying a zwk PBEM game.

It’d be nice to just restart the game since there were a whooole lot of mistakes to fix here, but I guess I can manage. Pretty much I’ll just finish off France in a longer period of time, nothing more.

- He-111’s bypass possible targets in the field and in Paris to instead destroy Allid airbases. Two spitfire squadrons were destroyed, which will give the Luftwaffe freedom above France, as all other Allied aircraft will not have enough fuel to attack in the next turn. Our only threat is what may be left of the French air force.

- One Allied capital ship sunk in the North Sea by maritime patrols. Take this as a warning; keep your ships away from Holland or they will be destroyed.

- A spitfire and a wellington were destroyed in the air.

- Reims and Katowice captured, while Lyon is about to fall.

I know. With so many games going on it's hard to keep track of when your turn comes up.

I know when I finish my turn in games I PM the next player that their turn is up.

:S We got a problem. There's a password set on the Independent, but I can't remember setting one. I tried the password I use in 90% of my games, but it didn't work. Now did someone else set one or is my memory messing with me? Do we have a keymaster? If not we have to ask Henrik to solve the problem.

Shall we let the AI have the Independents and continue with 5 players? Today seems like a fitting day to move on, considering it's one month since the day when I first posted the week 6 file.

OK, one last attempt at reviving this game.

I said I would fill in for sas in this game while he's gone. Since I'm already playing the Minor Allies, that doesn't pose any sort of conflict of interest. I played this off of the file where Henrik removed the passwords, so we will all need to put them back on.

I haven't played much as the Allies before, but I tried to tweak a few things internally and strategically here and there so it can be in good shape for sas when he returns.

An italian offensive in Africa was repelled and a stuka (I think that's what it was) wing recouperating in amsterdam was taken out.

I'm not all that familiar with the intricacies of negotiations and diplomacy from the Allied side, so I think I inadvertently declared war on the soviets at the request of the Minor Allies. I consider this to be just an artifact of the game engine and I have no intention of actually fighting a war with the soviets.

Tracid00 is next as the minor axis if he's still interested, followed by Duke. I don't think either one has even taken a turn in this game yet, so we'll see if we can get going again.

Ugh! I just looked up Tracid's most recent post and on another thread he said he won't be able to play civ until friday. Looks like we're on hold for a little while longer.

Ok, today I'm going around trying to find subs for all my games as I will also be gone for three weeks, from Thursday, June 20 to Thursday, July 11 to be precise. I am going to put up threads here and at Apolyton to hunt for subs, but before I do so I'm going to all of the games in which my civs have allies and asking whether my allied player would be willing to do my turns while I'm gone. Tracid, would you throw in the Axis turns while I'm gone, or should I find a sub for this one? Reply soon as I need to put up those sub-hunt threads soon.
