Upon recieving news of the "Greenland-Incident" Führer Kwansn calls his aide and dictates him following letters:
From: Führer Kwansn
To: Olav Strakarm, Monarch of Scandinavia
I'd like to thank you for your gifts, they make quite a worthy addition to my collections.
Also I fully support your righteous war to regain your once-lost territories from the Anglo-American Pact. I have ordered my trade-advisor to trade any steel, oil and rifles that we can spare in order to help the scandinavian people.
About that new alliance you mentioned, i'm still trying to get some support from the Euro-Alliance and can't decide that yet. It seems like a RoP-Treaty would benefit us both, if you want i can send over the 7th Army under Feldmarschall Kleist, supported by Group 4 of my LuftWaffe to help you protect Scandinavia. I'm also willing to commit my "HochSeeFlotte" (HighSeasFleet) to this cause. As for now all elements of the "ScandinaviaKorps" will only play a defensive role, preventing any attacks on Scandinavia.
Yours faithfully, Führer Kwansn
From: Führer Kwansn
To: FeldMarschall Kleist, Hamburg (ex-St.Petersburg)
I hereby order you to take command of the "ScandinaviaKorps".
It will consist of the 7th Army (100.000 soldiers and 100 pieces of artillery) and Group 4 of the LuftWaffe (8 fighter squadrons and 8 bomber squadrons). You will be supported by the "HochSeeFlotte" under Admiral Albert.
Your orders are to work together with the Scandinavian Army in defending their homelands, if they grant us RoP (if not stay in Hamburg and on alert).
I'd suggest you concentrate your forces around Bergen and Trondheim, as this cities have major port facilities that could prove quite usefull for our maritime operations.
Good luck, Führer Kwansn
From: Führer Kwansn
To: Admiral Albert, near Kiel (ex-Archangelsk)
I hereby order you and the "HochSeeFlotte" (1 carrier:2 fighter squadrons & 2 bomber-squadrons, 1 battleship, 15 destroyer and 6 submarines) to leave the Northern IceSea and head to the scandinavian ports of Bergen and Trondheim at full speed, in order to take up defensive positions there.
It may be a good idea to order several units of group "U" westward, but i leave that to your judgement.
With respect, Führer Kwansn
From: Graf von Hochwald, German Minister of Trade
To: Anglo-American Pact
The german ministry of trade informs you that we have signed a trade embargo against your nations to show our disapproval of your recent actions.
From: Hr. Lüttwitz, German Minister of Foreign Affairs
To: The proud nations of the Euro-Alliance
Dear allies, i know that due to our recent political reforms we are the outcast of this alliance, but i assure you that everything that happened in Germany over the past years was for the greater good of the fatherland.
We would like you to support Scandinavia by any means possible in the months to come. Furthermore we invite you to sign a trade embargo against the AAP to show them our strength and willingness to engage us further in this conflict.
Our "SchwarzMeerFlotte" (BlackSeaFleet) will be holding maneuvers next month in the Ageian Sea (sp.?) and would be glad if the Italian and Spanish fleets would join. The same goes for France as our "OstFlotte" (EasternSeaFleet) will be doing the same in the Eastern Sea
Respectfully, Hr. Lüttwitz
"WochenSchau", March 1930
The Führer's plans to upgrade our glorious military are a full success. German weapon-factories and shipyards all over the country are reporting record performances and the unemployment rate is the lowest since 1921.
"WehrMacht"-officials said that in less than 2 years the Führer's goals will be met.
(OOC: Jason could you update the first page, it is still not showing that i rule Germany.
