We see this as an aggression action against our territories in the Indian Ocean and will enforce an embargo of all Ottoman vessals heading in the direction of Siam. We do not war but this is clearly an act of aggression against our nation for supporting the British and the Abyssinians against Ottoman aggression despite us changing our position to neutrality.

Any Ottoman vessel found sneaking into Siam will be taken as an act of war as we are now enforcing the 100 mile embargo over all waters within our colonies on Ottoman vessels

Our Position: Abyssinia has the right to declare their own agreements as me and Russia both agree they should remain soviergn. We are not invading Siam but what the Ottoman Empire has done was just to turn around and stab me in the back for trying to negiotate a peace between both parties. The French Empire announces the creation of four new Special Autonomous Regions in Nouvelle France. Each new adminstrative division will encompass large poritons of the most populous regions of Nouvelle France. A legislature comprising of locally elected delegates will be set up in the capital cities. The new autonomous regions will be allowed to run their internal domestic affairs for themselves, such as raising taxes, and implementing however foregin policy, defense, and diplomatic affairs

Abysinnia: Although we are thankful for the Briitsh and Rhineish support, we do not wish to cause death across the World in anyway. We wish to remain independent and neutral.

Silver: I think it is funny that Acadia encompasses little of the region formerly known as Acadia. Acadia was primarily Nova Scotia and Southern New Brunswick but only New Brunswick is put into it. In fact, the Acadia you have given has little to do with the real Acadia. The people in the Annapolis Valley (like 15 minutes away from house) would be outraged to not be included in this 'Acadia" of yours.

We have already withdrawn our support for the British and moved to a neutral position on the matter. We wish to work towards a new Germanic League and want to put the matter of Abysinnia behind us.

Please reconsider as we are in no way threatening the Axis interests but we will not allow the Axis to guide our colonization policy which we must remind you that we have no reason to invade Abysinnia or Siam. Siam we have made peace with but signing a defensive pact with the nation and helping them modernize their country in exchange for the lease of the port of Singapore.

We remain committed to our allies in Vienna who have been most generous to our nation and we do not want to cold our relations. Any harm done can be repaired and with this peace the Germanic people will prosper.
