We request that you not sign a full treaty or a pact of mutual protection with the French. The Czar recognizes that it is your right to do so and that it may not actually interfere in other relations, but he still sees this as a complication. Non-binding pacts of co-operation and non-agression pacts are fully acceptable in the Crown of Russia's eyes, but anything more would be a threat to the primacy of the Treaty of St. Petersburg in your foreign affairs. Peace is of course valued with France and her allies, but it is the belief of the Crown of Russia that anything more would be a threat to the integrity of the St. Petersburg Axis.

As this is the only Austrian colony that will be formed and used primarily for raw materials and penal settlements any attempt to prevent us from claiming this land will be viewed as a hostile act against the court of Vienna.

Sorry, but this will postponed further still. I have three projects for school on the go, plus Cadet training and parades and extracurricular stuff like Volleyball and Military History trivia (my team dominated last year coming 2nd even though it was the first time we sent a team. With the only person there that was better than me gone, victory is mine... ). I am also getting a new computer either today or Monday and with it's nice 256 MB GPU Civ4 and Rome:Total war and Oblivion and all those other games I can't play on a Voodoo3 16 MB GPU will be MINE.

So, yeah. Maybe around Canadian Thanksgiving but I promise you, no later than Halloween.

The Crown of Russia is, in principle, opposed to the expansion of the St. Petersburg Axis beyond the Kingdom of Italy. It is the feeling of this Crown that the Axis is becoming far too large and too diverse in its opinions to properly function. If, however, all other members of the St. Petersburg feel that the Kingdom of Saxony or another nation is deserving of membership, the Court of the Third Rome will not stand in the way. May the holy Theotokos give her blessing to this alliance.

We have had a small quarrel with your alliance but now it seems everymember is aggressively attacking us for other actions up until now ere fine with your alliance. If we were to ask for membership we would be denied despite being friendly. Our people believe the St. Petersburg alliance is a good thing but it is now being used as a tool to push each indvidual nation's wants onto others. We ask that either you allow is to apply or we need to talk about how the balance of power in Europe is seriously disrupted and how it will lead to war.

We purpose a conference anywhere on the map to put down everyones interests into one compiled diplomatic group so we can work towards not only perserving the peace but keep it so the Axis Alliance does not completely dominate Europe.

See how this is unbalanced? See how this will inevitably lead to war with GB and the Union of the Rhine. We want peace in Europe but we need to talk about how a balance of power in Europe can be maintained so each side avoides war with the other.

We would like to apply membership to the Axis but if we are rejected we ask all members of Europe to attend a conference for peace and balance.
