Personally I tend to prefer it to be too cold rather than too hot. But....hell, I can't make up my mind. In any given season, I'm fairly often reminded about the virtues of the OTHERS.

In any case, actually living in any temperature range above freezing would be a bad idea. If the whole planet was above freezing all the time, most of the world would be underwater.........

Always manageably cold, and hopefully humid enough to allow for a good deal of the right kind of snow. (Though Peak daytime temperature would still manage to melt some of it off, so keeping the roadways clear wouldn't be much of a hassle)
