I always wonder if Michael Moore is going to vote Bush justso he can continue to mock him. If I could see one other person's vote, it would be his.

Good point that in the past, Michael Moore has had a lot of success without Bush. I think his favorite and MAIN subject is not Bush, But the American way of life in general. Yep, they were against the war, and their leader, Chirac, stand up in front of cowboy Bush, and the irony is, they are proven right, the war was wrong from the start and is going into a chaotic mess ( read the recent news about casuality in Iraq.

Its funny.
Racial and ethnic jokes are funny. We're not allowed to make black jokes, woman jokes, hispanic jokes, or Asian jokes anymore; theres not a whole lot left. Most Americans are quite willing to laugh at the French, but whenever someone does something seriously anti-French (like burn a French flag, advocate a boycott of French goods, or rename French fries Freedom Fries) the majority of the American public is either appalled or amused. Not that many people REALLY hate the French, anymore than we hate Canadians. They're just the only targets of ethnic jokes our super-politically-correct society has left us.

I'm afraid its going to happen. I read snippets of what the official screenings were to the judges today, they said there was tons of applause and a standing ovation for Farenheith 911.

What will be worse is going to be his public masturbation when he wins.

Fahrenheit 9/11 cannot win an oscar, because it will be shown on TV the night of the elections. At least here in Europe, it's shown in nearly every tv station. I don't know about the U.S. but Michael Moore certainly will not win an oscar for this film.
